Dr. Hugh Bashaarat has his own practice in Knightsbridge restricted to periodontics and implantology. He has had a close association with the James Street Practice over many years and works with us on the surgical aspects of many cases.

Dr. Barry Edwards was one of the first practitioners in the UK to place titanium dental implants and founded the Association of Dental Implantology in 1986. He has lectured widely and is an invaluable source of knowledge on all aspects of implantology.
He provides consultation and treatment at the practice.

The process involves the placement of a sterile titanium screw into the bone followed by a period of healing during which the surrounding bone grows tightly around the implant. The implant can be covered to provide support for crowns and bridges and firm fixtures for dentures.

With the James Street team of surgeons and restorative clinicians we are able to offer some of the highest success rates and at a reasonable cost.
